I’m currently working with an established, Ofsted-regulated provider of children’s residential homes who are expanding their services in the Chesterfield area. The roles are based within solo homes supporting young people with complex needs (EBD), providing safe, structured, and trauma‑informed environments where young people can thrive.

Open Positions

  • Deputy Manager - Salary up to £40,000 - Level 5 qualification supported - Clear progression pathway to Registered Manager
  • Team Leader / Senior Residential Support Worker - Competitive salary (dependent on experience) - Flexibility required to meet the needs of the service
  • Support Workers - £13.33 per hour - Flexibility required to meet the needs of the service
