Responsibilities

  • Support the Registered Manager with the day‑to‑day running of a small, modern residential service for adults with learning disabilities.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a committed staff team.
  • Champion truly person‑centred care.
  • Support compliance, quality and best practice.
  • Help create a positive, stable and supportive environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Deputy Manager (or Team Leader) within residential care.
  • Has worked with adults with learning disabilities.
  • Holds (or is working towards) NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Health & Social Care.
  • Leads by example and communicates confidently.
