Responsibilities
- Support the Registered Manager with the day‑to‑day running of a small, modern residential service for adults with learning disabilities.
- Lead, mentor and develop a committed staff team.
- Champion truly person‑centred care.
- Support compliance, quality and best practice.
- Help create a positive, stable and supportive environment for residents and staff.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Deputy Manager (or Team Leader) within residential care.
- Has worked with adults with learning disabilities.
- Holds (or is working towards) NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Health & Social Care.
- Leads by example and communicates confidently.
