We are seeking an experienced SEN / Educational Consultant to support a growing group of Ofsted-registered children’s residential homes supporting young people with EBD, with an additional Learning Disabilities home due to open shortly.
The organisation has 4 Ofsted registered homes and an end goal to open up an Educational centre/ school. The role will focus on strengthening educational provision, SEN strategies, and outcomes across the homes, working closely with leadership and care teams.
Key Focus Areas- Advising on SEN and educational provision for children with EBD and LD
- Supporting compliance and Ofsted readiness
- Strengthening education plans, EHCP implementation, and multi-agency working
- Coaching staff and leaders to embed best practice
- Proven experience in SEN and/or education consultancy
- Strong understanding of Ofsted frameworks and residential care settings
- Confident working across multiple services
- Practical, collaborative, and solution-focused
