We are looking for an ambitious and values‑driven Registered Manager to lead a 4‑bed children’s home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is a brilliant opportunity for an aspiring Deputy Manager or an outstanding Senior ready to take the next step. The home is currently settled with one young person, offering the incoming Manager the chance to embed strong practice, shape the culture, and grow the service the right way.
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership role within children’s residential care
- Confidence implementing structure, routines, and development within a home
- A strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and Ofsted expectations
- Full UK driving licence
- Enhanced DBS suitable for working with children
- Level 5 in Leadership & Management or willingness to enrol
