Pay Rate: Between £12.00 - £14.00 per hour

As a Support Worker within Complex Care, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with complex health and social care needs. These individuals may have chronic illnesses, disabilities or neurological conditions. Become part of a team dedicated to compassionate care, supporting individuals to live independently and improve their quality of life.

Support Worker for Complex Care duties and responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support tailored to individual needs;
  • Assisting with medication management and health monitoring;
  • Supporting individuals with daily activities, including meal preparation and mobility assistance;
  • Helping with social engagement and emotional well-being;
  • Working alongside healthcare professionals to implement care plans;
  • Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for service users.

Support Worker for Complex Care Qualifications and Training:

  • A care-related qualification (such as NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care) is preferred;
  • At least one year experience working with health and social care;
  • Experience in complex care or support work is beneficial;
  • A driver with access to your own vehicle preferable;
  • Reliable, trustworthy and a friendly nature is key to this role.

Must have Right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
