Registered Manager Overview:
- Oversee the daily operations of an EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) Residential Home;
- Support, guide and lead on quality improvement and compliance to ensure the home is up to standards and engaging with Children and Young People at an expert level;
- Achieve and document positive outcomes for children, ensuring their needs are met;
- Ensure compliance with the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015;
- Maintain adherence to Ofsted registration requirements and inspection standards;
- To work as part of a new team, overseeing improvements made to the home and having input to manage this process smoothly.
Registered Manager Skills and Experience Required:
- An experienced Registered Manager, who has worked within an EBD setting;
- Relevant Qualification – Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management or working towards;
- Excellent communication skills, being able to work as part of a team, lead and share experiences.
