We are looking for a People & Culture Advisor to join a supportive team, acting as the go-to expert for managers on day-to-day people matters. You’ll provide pragmatic, commercial HR advice, manage ER cases end-to-end, and help shape a positive employee experience across the organisation.

The People & Culture Advisor Role:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for managers on ER, performance and absence issues
  • Managing a low to medium-risk ER caseload independently
  • Coaching managers to handle people issues confidently and compliantly
  • Supporting absence management, wellbeing and return-to-work processes
  • Using people data (absence, turnover, case trends) to spot issues early
  • Ensuring HR policies are applied fairly, consistently and in line with employment law

The People & Culture Advisor Candidate:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified
  • Solid experience in an HR / P&C Advisory role
  • Experienced and confident managing ER cases independently
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
  • Comfortable influencing and challenging managers when needed
  • Professional, approachable and discreet
