The Role
- Provide leadership, supervision, and support to Registered Managers;
- Ensure safeguarding, regulatory compliance, and quality standards;
- Maintain Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes;
- Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead;
- Drive continuous improvement and therapeutic practice across homes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support Registered Managers in daily operational and strategic tasks.
- Ensure safeguarding, regulatory compliance, and maintain quality standards.
- Maintain Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes.
- Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).
- Drive continuous improvement and therapeutic practice across homes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Senior experience in residential children's care (Registered Manager level preferred).
- Proven Good/Outstanding Ofsted history.
- Strong trauma-informed and therapeutic knowledge (including PACE).
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent).
- Confident, nurturing leader with full UK driving licence.
