The Role

As Registered Manager, you will provide strong, values-driven leadership to ensure high-quality fostering placements and a supportive environment for carers, children, and staff. You’ll oversee the operational performance of the fostering service, champion best practice, and help shape its growth and development.

About You

  • Proven management experience within fostering or a closely related field
  • Strong understanding of fostering legislation, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Diploma/Degree in Social Work (essential)
