This is a rare opportunity for an experienced, valuesâled care leader to take the reins of an established, high-quality domiciliary care service and help grow it further. Reporting to the Director, you'll be the Registered Manager, with real autonomy to shape quality, culture and performance, and you will be supported, not micromanaged.
Registered Manager Role
You'll be responsible for the quality, compliance and growth of the service, ensuring outstanding care for clients while leading and developing a committed care team. This is not a turnaround role â it's about building on strong foundations and taking the service to the next level.
Registered Manager skills and experience required
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager or senior care manager
- Strong CQC and compliance knowledge
- A genuine passion for highâquality, relationshipâled care
- Confident leadership and people management skills
- Commercial awareness and experience supporting service growth
- Level 5 Leadership qualification (or willingness to work towards)
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
