We are looking for an ambitious and values‑driven Registered Manager to lead a 4‑bed children’s home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is a brilliant opportunity for:

What You’ll Need
- Registered Manager
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership role within children’s residential care
- Confidence implementing structure, routines, and development within a home
- A strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and Ofsted expectations
- Full UK driving licence
- Enhanced DBS suitable for working with children
- Level 5 in Leadership & Management or willingness to enrol
