A family-run care provider with 20+ years’ experience is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead and grow the domiciliary care services for adults and children. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive high-quality, person-centred care, support and develop your team, and help expand the business.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience running a successful care agency
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Track record in growing services and maintaining high standards
- Confident communicator with a professional, compassionate approach
- Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) and solid CQC knowledge
What you’ll do:
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure CQC compliance
- Lead, support and develop care staff
- Manage care plans, client relationships, and service quality
- Help grow the service in line with our values
