We are recruiting on behalf of a values-led complex care provider in the Greater Manchester area. The Clinical Lead will oversee high-quality, person-centred care for clients with complex clinical needs living in their own homes and will be part of a respected organisation that puts both clients and staff at the heart of everything it does.
Clinical Lead Role
- Provide clinical oversight and leadership across complex care packages
- Support and mentor nurses and care staff in the community
- Conduct clinical assessments, reviews, and risk assessments
- Develop and review person-centred care plans
- Ensure clinical governance and compliance standards are maintained
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Support business growth through safe mobilisation of new care packages
Candidate Profile
- RGN qualification with an active NMC PIN
- Previous experience in a homecare setting
- Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills
- Experience supporting individuals with complex health needs
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Greater Manchester
