We’re recruiting on behalf of a fantastic, values-led complex care provider in the Greater Manchester area who have an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded organisation who put both their clients and staff at the heart of everything they do.
The Clinical Lead will play a key role in overseeing high-quality, person-centred care for clients with complex clinical needs living in their own homes. If you’re a passionate clinical professional who wants to be part of a growing and respected complex care provider, we’d love to hear from you.

The Clinical Lead Role:- Providing clinical oversight and leadership across complex care packages
- Supporting and mentoring nurses and care staff in the community
- Conducting clinical assessments, reviews, and risk assessments
- Developing and reviewing person-centred care plans
- Ensuring clinical governance and compliance standards are maintained
- Building strong relationships with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Supporting business growth through safe mobilisation of new care packages
- RGN qualification with an active NMC PIN
- Previous experience working within a homecare setting
- Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills
- Experience supporting individuals with complex health needs
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Greater Manchester
- Salary £40,000 - £46,000
