On behalf of a leading supported living provider, we are seeking an exceptional Commercial Director with a proven track record of leading business growth initiatives within the health and social care sector.

The Commercial Director will oversee all commercial activity, creating and driving business strategy and ensuring commercial success through innovative approaches and strong leadership. The ideal candidate will have a keen focus on generating new business opportunities, leading on tender processes and forging relationships with local authorities.

Leading and developing new business opportunities and with responsibility for the overall commercial strategy of the business, the Commercial Director will drive profitability, identifying new acquisition opportunities across the healthcare sector, enhancing service capacity through strategic partnerships and the development of new services.

The Commercial Director Candidate:

  • Proven commercial and business development experience within the healthcare sector is essential, ideally within supported living
  • Strong leadership and management experience
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving

The Commercial Director Package:

  • Salary Β£70,000 - Β£100,000
