Overview:
- Oversee the daily operations of an EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) children’s care home, supporting up to 2 children/young people;
- Lead on the set up and overview of a secondary children’s home, opening soon;
- Achieve and document positive outcomes for children, ensuring their needs are met;
- Ensure compliance with the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015;
- Maintain adherence to Ofsted registration requirements and inspection standards;
- Lead a dedicated team to provide a supportive and therapeutic setting that empowers young people to reach their full potential;
- Manage budgets and operations, oversee policies, procedures, and financial resources for smooth service delivery;
- Work collaboratively with external professionals, families, and regulatory bodies to ensure the best outcomes for young people.
Skills and Experience Required:
- An experienced Manager with Health and Social Care;
- Relevant Qualification – Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management or working towards;
- Experience working within an EBD setting;
- Work as part of a small, value-led organisation where Children and Young People come first;
- Must have Right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
