Children's Residential Vacancies Location: Chesterfield, S44

I'm currently working with an established, Ofsted-regulated provider of children's residential homes who are expanding their services in the Chesterfield area. With an experienced leadership team and a track record of opening and developing successful homes, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation at an exciting stage. The roles are based within solo homes supporting young people with complex needs (EBD), providing safe, structured, and trauma‑informed environments where young people can thrive.

Current Vacancies:

  • Deputy Manager - Salary up to £40,000, Level 5 qualification supported, Clear progression pathway to Registered Manager
  • Team Leader / Senior Residential Support Worker - Competitive salary (dependent on experience), Flexibility required to meet the needs of the service
  • Support Workers - £13.33 per hour, Flexibility required to meet the needs of the service
