This is an opportunity to be part of a provider that genuinely invests in its people. You'll work alongside an experienced Registered Manager, helping to lead a small, friendly residential service where residents are supported to live fulfilling, independent lives.
The Deputy Home Manager Job Role:
- Supporting the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the home
- Leading, motivating and developing a dedicated staff team
- Promoting a culture of person-centred care and positive outcomes
- Supporting quality assurance, compliance and CQC standards
- Helping to create a positive, stable and engaging environment for both residents and colleagues
- Acting as a role model and providing hands-on leadership across the service
The Deputy Home Manager Candidate:
- Experience as a Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager or experienced Team Leader within adult residential care
- A background supporting adults with learning disabilities is essential
- NVQ Level 4 or Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or currently working towards this)
- A positive, approachable leadership style with the ability to inspire and support others
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
