We’re recruiting on behalf of a values-led, highly regarded care provider whose services are consistently rated Outstanding by the CQC, who have a new opportunity for a Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home. The Deputy Manager Role Responsibilities

  • Support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of a small, modern residential service for adults with learning disabilities.
  • This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll:
    • Lead, mentor and develop a committed staff team
    • Champion truly person-centred care
    • Support compliance, quality and best practice
    • Help create a positive, stable and supportive environment for residents and staff

You’ll be joining a service with high standards, strong values and the backing of a supportive senior leadership team.

The Deputy Manager Candidate

  • Experience as a Deputy Manager (or Team Leader) within residential care
  • Has worked with adults with learning disabilities
  • Holds (or is working towards) NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Health & Social Care
  • Leads by example and communicates confidently
