Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support staff to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed care
- Promote a safe, nurturing and stable environment
- Act as a positive role model and build strong, trusting relationships with young people
- Support care planning, safeguarding, and daily operations of the home
Requirements:
- Level 3 or 4 qualification in Children & Young People (or equivalent)
- Significant experience in children’s residential care
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice
- Confident leadership and excellent communication skills
