Location: Bolton, Greater Manchester

Salary: £15.50 – £16.00 per hour, £60 sleep-in rate/ £20 on-call payment

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Setting: Children’s residential home supporting young people with complex needs and trauma backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support staff to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed care
  • Promote a safe, nurturing and stable environment
  • Act as a positive role model and build strong, trusting relationships with young people
  • Support care planning, safeguarding, and daily operations of the home

Requirements:

  • Level 3 or 4 qualification in Children & Young People (or equivalent)
  • Significant experience in children’s residential care
  • Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice
  • Confident leadership and excellent communication skills
