Cureyoursearch are currently recruiting for a Registered Care Home Manager to oversee the day to day running of a mixed elderly and dementia residential service in the area of Accrington. This residential home has an excellent local reputation and is well known for its fabulous team and high-quality care.

We are seeking a manager with CQC registered management experience within a residential care home, with a passion for providing quality care, who will bring leadership experience to an established staff team.

The Registered Care Home Manager Candidate:

  • CQC Registered Manager experience within a residential care home
  • 5+ years of experience in a social care setting
  • Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
