CureAge Therapeutics is a pre-clinical gene therapy company on a mission to cure peripheral nerve diseases, starting with Neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1). We are developing a lipid nanoparticle (LNP) platform designed to deliver next-generation genetic payloads to peripheral nerve tissue. We are a small, highly motivated founding team operating at the interface of gene therapy, rare disease biology, and translational science. CureAge was co-founded with Deep Science Ventures and the Children’s Tumor Foundation. The company has a very intense connection with NF families.
