Cure Talent is delighted to be partnered with a leading medical device company that designs, develops, and manufactures a wide range of medical equipment, earning a strong reputation for quality, service, and UK-based production.

As part of their continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a driven Territory Manager to join the commercial team and take ownership of the North of England.

This is a field-based, autonomous sales role focused on managing and growing a regional customer base, primarily across NHS trusts and healthcare end-users.

You’ll build long-term relationships, deliver in-person or virtual product demonstrations, and identify opportunities to drive new business while developing further opportunities in key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships within your assigned region
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
  • Respond to and support inbound customer enquiries
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity
  • Collaborate internally to ensure excellent service delivery

What will you need to be successful?

  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally within healthcare, NHS, or related technical sectors
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-starter mentality with excellent time management
  • Confident presenting products and engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
