Cure Talent are thrilled to partner with a clinician led MedTech company improving safety in infusion and haemodialysis through innovative vascular access technology. We are seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist to drive adoption of the companies Class I device across NHS Trusts and private providers. This role is ideal for someone who can combine commercial drive with clinical credibility to win new business and support clinical implementation.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive commercial growth across six to ten NHS Trust or private accounts
- Prospect, open and develop new accounts in infusion and haemodialysis settings
- Deliver hands on product demonstrations and clinical training
- Lead evaluations through to procurement and sustained usage
- Build clinical champions and strong stakeholder relationships across clinical and procurement teams
What we’re looking for:
- Proven medical device sales experience, ideally Class I or consumables
- Experience in haemodialysis, infusion therapy, acute medical, ICU, theatres or vascular access
- Comfortable delivering clinical demonstrations and training sessions
- Strong track record in prospecting and growing NHS or private accounts
- Independent, commercially focused and able to manage a territory
