We are seeking a New Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth and market penetration across the UK. This is an inside sales role, offering an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate team committed to making a real difference in people's lives.

As the New Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities within small and medium-sized enterprises in the audiology, care home, optical, and pharmacy sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the SME segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across healthcare sectors.
  • Work closely with marketing to execute campaigns that generate demand and drive sales.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
What We're Looking For:
  • We’re seeking an experienced B2B sales professional with a strong track record in selling to SME customers within either medical device or healthcare sales.
  • You will have experience of selling a subscription based MedTech product into the NHS or wider UK Healthcare system.
  • Have strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills.
  • Be willing to travel to engage with clients on occasions.
