Cure Talent is delighted to be partnering with an innovative medical device manufacturer based in southwest London, as they look to appoint a Production Manager to support the scale up of manufacturing operations. The business designs and manufactures a clinically approved medical device for the treatment of wound and surgical site infections and is entering an exciting phase of growth, including expansion into international markets.
The Production Manager will take ownership of day-to-day manufacturing operations, leading production activity while ensuring continued compliance with ISO 13485 and supporting manufacturing scale up.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day to day factory operations in line with the production plan
- Manage and develop a cross functional production team
- Support manufacturing scale up, including hands on involvement in production and FAT documentation
- Maintain production schedules and work closely with purchasing, QMS, and health and safety
- Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 13485 and internal quality standards
About you:
- Degree qualified in engineering, ideally electrical or electronic
- Strong background in manufacturing operations within an ISO 13485 regulated environment
- Proven experience leading teams and scaling manufacturing operations
- Good working knowledge of quality systems and regulatory compliance
- Comfortable operating in a hands-on leadership role
Package and working pattern:
- Competitive base salary plus bi-annual performance bonus
- 4 day working week, 34 hours with flexible start and finish times
