Cure Talent is thrilled to partner with a rapidly growing medical technology company behind an award-winning medical device and transformative telehealth platform. Their innovative technology is reshaping how ear and hearing healthcare is delivered, helping thousands of patients each year access vital care, with plans for continued global expansion. As part of continued growth and ongoing project delivery, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to join their team on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract (Hybrid working available, 1 day per week onsite in Central London).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution and delivery of complex technology projects across software and hardware teams
- Ensure compliance with medical device and software standards including ISO 13485 and IEC 62304
- Drive project delivery, managing timelines, dependencies and resources to meet agreed milestones
- Collaborate with software testing and QA teams to coordinate verification and validation (V&V) activities
- Oversee deployment, post-market updates and issue resolution in line with QMS requirements
- Act as a key liaison between internal teams and senior stakeholders, ensuring project alignment and visibility
We’re looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager with:
- Degree-qualified in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or a related field (advanced degree desirable)
- 5+ years’ experience managing technology or software projects, ideally within a regulated or MedTech environment
- Strong understanding of SDLC, QMS and risk management frameworks
- Familiar with tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello or Asana
- Holds or working towards PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
