Cure Talent is delighted to be partnering with an innovative and growing medical device company based in Didcot, Oxfordshire, to recruit a HR Advisor. This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week. This is a hands-on, generalist HR role within a small but scaling business, offering the opportunity to work across the full employee lifecycle while playing a key role in shaping and improving HR processes. The role would suit someone who enjoys a practical, operational HR environment and is confident working independently. The company is part of a larger Asian medical device group, so candidates with Mandarin language skills would be highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR advice and guidance to managers on employee relations matters including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance
- Support and manage ER cases, ensuring a consistent and compliant approach
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding and HR administration
- Coordinate recruitment activities, working closely with hiring managers and agencies
- Contribute to HR policies, compliance and continuous improvement of processes
Key Requirements
- At least 4 years’ experience in a generalist HR role or HR Advisor position
- Strong experience across employee relations and HR operations
- Good working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Comfortable working independently in a hands-on role within a small or growing organisation
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards)
