Cure Talent is delighted to partner with a cutting-edge medical device company that is on a mission to transform patient care through innovation in orthopaedics. Due to continued success and growth across the UK, we have an exciting opportunity for a Territory Manager to join the team and manage a key territory across Sussex, Hampshire and Surrey.
This is a highly autonomous, field-based role focused on building strong, long-term relationships with surgeons, procurement teams, and wider hospital stakeholders. You will be responsible for driving revenue and market share by identifying and converting opportunities within competitor accounts and maximising value from existing customers. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction, working in close collaboration with internal teams to support commercial and clinical success.
What skills and experience do you need to be considered?
- Proven success in hospital theatre sales, ideally within orthopaedics, trauma or similar clinical environments but equally open to other areas of medical devices
- Strong commercial acumen with a strategic, goal-oriented approach
- Confident engaging stakeholders at all levels, including surgeons and procurement professionals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and IT skills
- A proactive relationship builder with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
