We're partnering with an innovative medical technology company developing complex, world-leading scientific equipment used by universities and research institutions across the globe.
As the business continues to grow, they're looking to appoint a Project Manager to help deliver customer projects while driving improvements across operations and project delivery.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced SME environment, managing multiple projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and taking ownership from project initiation through to completion.
What you'll be doing: Managing multiple customer-facing and internal projects from initiation through to delivery Coordinating cross-functional teams including Engineering, R&D, Operations, Quality, Procurement and Finance Managing project plans, risks, actions, milestones and stakeholder communications Supporting customer meetings, reporting and project updates Driving continuous improvement across project delivery processes and systems Supporting ERP implementation and wider operational improvement initiatives Working within a regulated quality environment and contributing towards future quality system development What we're looking for: Around 5-7 years' project management experience within engineering, manufacturing, scientific, Med Tech or another technical environment Experience delivering complex technical products or projects Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills A structured approach to project planning, risk management and problem solving Someone who's organised, proactive and enjoys improving processes Project management qualifications (APM, PRINCE2 or PMP) or an engineering/science degree would be advantageous but aren't essential Why apply?
