As part of this growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for an HSE Advisor (Projects) to join the team and play a central role in supporting one of the most important capital investment programmes the site has undertaken.
The company is mid-way through a major Low GWP Capital Expansion project, with new manufacturing lines currently under construction.
This role will be embedded within the project team to provide hands-on health and safety support through design, commissioning, validation and operational readiness.
It's a genuinely varied position that offers real influence and long-term career progression within a small, close-knit HSE team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HSE professional to gain meaningful project exposure within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment, working alongside process safety, engineering, facilities and operations stakeholders at every stage of the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities: Support design, commissioning, validation and operational readiness activities throughout the project lifecycle Support hazard studies including HAZID, HAZOP, DSEAR and operability reviews, and participate in FAT/SAT activities
