Following continued site investment and growth, we are looking for a Maintenance Engineer / Technician to join the team at their Basingstoke facility.
Working as part of a high-performing engineering team, this Maintenance Engineer / Technician role will play a key part in maximising uptime across manufacturing, facilities, and laboratory equipment. This is a varied, hands-on position where no two days are the same, combining reactive maintenance, preventative activities, and continuous improvement.
- Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance across manufacturing, facilities and lab equipment
- Working alongside contractors on specialist maintenance activities
- Supporting commissioning of new equipment and processes
- Contributing to continuous improvement and optimisation of maintenance strategies
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with safety, quality and compliance standards
Requirements:
- Apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in an engineering discipline (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation etc.)
- Experience in a maintenance role within a regulated or manufacturing environment
- Understanding of preventative maintenance and calibration activities
- Strong team culture and collaborative engineering function
