Are you a skilled Process Engineer with a passion for driving efficiency, solving problems, and optimising production processes? Cure Talent is excited to partner with a leading global medical organisation in the search for an experienced and dynamic Process Engineer. As the new Process Engineer, you will master production technology and maintenance techniques, taking charge of loss investigations and resolution, while driving improvements in quality, safety, and performance. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to implement maintenance processes, tackle bottlenecks, and ensure sustained line performance. The role: Monitor and update production metrics, analyse data to identify problematic areas and drive actionable improvements. Lead initiatives to improve quality, reduce waste, and enhance safety in line with company metrics. Use systematic problem-solving techniques to resolve repeat loss issues and improve equipment reliability. Coach teams on continuous improvement methodologies and tools. Support breakdown resolution and contribute to CI projects and maintenance standard improvements About you: HNC or Degree in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical or a related field. Experience in a technical or manufacturing environment, with hands-on experience in high-speed automated assembly and packaging equipment. Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Independent decision-making experience under pressure. Some PLC experience (preferred but not essential).
