We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new business revenue growth and expand market penetration across the UK. This is a commercially focused role offering the opportunity to join a high growth MedTech business that is helping thousands of patients access essential hearing healthcare services.
As the Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within small and medium sized organisations across the audiology, care home, optical and pharmacy sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate and close new business opportunities across the SME healthcare segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers across pharmacy, care home, optical and audiology organisations.
- Generate pipeline through both inbound enquiries and proactive outbound prospecting.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to deal closure.
- Work closely with marketing to support campaigns that create demand and drive sales.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to the UK General Manager.
- We are seeking an experienced B2B sales professional with a minimum of five years experience selling into SME customers within the MedTech or digital health sector.
- You must have a proven track record of successfully selling licence based or subscription-based solutions, ideally within the MedTech or digital health sector.
- Experience selling technology enabled healthcare solutions into organisations such as pharmacies, care homes, optical practices or audiology providers would be highly advantageous.
- Experience using structured sales methodologies such as BANT or MEDDIC and working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce would also be beneficial.
