Location : London,120 New Cavendish Street, W1W 6XX Time : Full time (35 hours/week): minimum of 3 days/week in the office Salary : £30,000 Cure Parkinson’s is looking for a Data & Fundraising Officer to join our fundraising and marketing team and work alongside the Data & Insights Manager to deliver excellent support across all areas of income generation, data, and administration at Cure Parkinson’s.
This is a varied, administrative, hands‑on role at the heart of Cure Parkinson’s.
You will manage supporter data, ensure donations are accurately processed and recorded in our database, and support our wider teams in achieving their goals.
You will maintain records of supporters, events and donations and ensure income is logged accurately and on time.
Key responsibilities include: Supporting our Data & Insights Manager with administration, data entry and database management.
Updating and maintaining our database records, acting as a key point of contact.
Supporting the Fundraising Team by thanking donors in agreed timescales, and by helping to manage Cure Parkinson’s ecommerce shop with ad hoc fulfilment of orders throughout the year and additional data processing during the busy Christmas period.
Supporting the Special Projects team where necessary with the administration of events.
Working with our Finance Team in reconciling income from multiple sources and maintaining accurate records.
Assisting with projects to improve systems and processes.
Working collaboratively across teams to maximise efficiency.
You will also have opportunities to get involved in events, meet supporters and see the impact of your work first‑hand.
About you: We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and motivated by making a difference.
To be successful in this role, you will need: Experience in fundraising, databases and/or finance teams within the charity sector is helpful.
Excellent attention to detail and confidence in inputting data into our database and sharing data information across teams.
Confidence using software such as Excel and have worked with database systems.
