Curdworth Primary School is a small village school in Curdworth, Warwickshire, comprising four classes, three of which are mixed year groups. Guided by its ethos, “small school, big opportunities,” leaders and staff are committed to ensuring that every child benefits from the same breadth and quality of opportunities as those offered across other primary schools within the trust, despite the unique challenges of a village setting. The school maintains high expectations for pupils’ achievement, personal conduct, and mutual respect, fostering a culture where children are encouraged to strive for excellence in themselves and others. Current priorities include strengthening writing to further improve pupil outcomes and embedding the CUSP Curriculum across the school.

We are seeking a highly professional and warm individual to join our small but mighty team as a Teacher. The successful candidate will be adaptable and resilient in managing the day-to-day changes inherent in school life, able to work collaboratively to ensure continuity of learning, and confident in building strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families. They will inspire a passion for learning, support high standards, and contribute positively to our strong and successful team culture.
