Be part of an established and highly successful lettings team in a fast-moving property market. We are looking to complement and grow our lettings business with a motivated, enthusiastic individual who enjoys working as part of a team and has a sense of fun.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading, independent estate agency group with 25 offices across Surrey and south west London, committed to providing outstanding customer service.
The ideal candidate will:
- be able to demonstrate a positive and energetic attitude with the drive and ambition to succeed
- show strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
- have the desire and motivation to achieve targets/goals
- ideally have previous lettings or estate agency experience
- display high standards of customer service and presentation
- be confident conducting property viewings, negotiating offers and progressing tenancies
- have strong local knowledge or a willingness to develop it
- be highly organised, proactive and able to work effectively in a busy environment
- have a full UK driving licence
