We’re looking for a National Account Manager to take ownership of our Foodservice channel and help drive the next phase of growth. You’ll manage key accounts including Brakes, Bidfood, Epicurium and Delicious Ideas, while also identifying and winning new business across regional wholesalers. This is a high-impact role with full responsibility for channel P&L, customer strategy, and delivering growth targets. Home based role with two days in the London office twice a week with the rest of the team on Tuesdays & Thursdays.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and develop relationships with buyers and stakeholders across Foodservice accounts
  • Create and execute joint business plans to achieve volume, value, and margin targets
  • Ownership of the Foodservice P&L, including pricing, promotional investment and delivering revenue targets
  • Work cross functionally with marketing and supply chain to deliver plans effectively
  • Identify and win new business aligned with our growth ambitions
  • Work closely with the Senior National Account Manager to shape the channel strategy
  • Drive demand by engaging not just buyers, but the end customer landscape

What We’re Looking For

  • 3 - 5 years experience in FMCG sales, ideally within Foodservice
  • Strong understanding of the UK Foodservice landscape
  • Proven ability to manage and grow customer accounts
  • Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Commercially curious, with a strong growth mindset
