Curated are excited to be exclusively partnered with a high growth eCommerce comparison scale up. The business is in a major period of transformation as they expand their product suite, scale internationally and build new platforms that support growth across multiple brands.

They’re hiring a Product Manager to play a key role in shaping core platform strategy, partnering with commercial teams and delivering products used by millions of consumers. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations and Publishing to understand business needs, define opportunities and build scalable solutions that improve performance and user experience. This role is ideal for someone who understands high traffic digital environments and enjoys turning complex problems into measurable outcomes.

What you’ll do:
  • Own platform strategy, roadmap and execution across a portfolio of digital products
  • Build strong relationships across the business and understand how each team drives commercial outcomes
  • Define leading metrics and increase visibility of KPIs across teams
  • Identify opportunities across data, personalisation, content and operational workflow
  • Translate ideas into validated problems, requirements and clear business impact
  • Maintain a well organised backlog and ensure a steady flow of high quality work to Engineering
  • Collaborate with Engineering to deliver effectively with strong documentation and communication
  • Champion user experience and ensure products are scalable and intuitive
About you:
  • 4 years plus experience in Product Management
  • Strong understanding of high traffic or eCommerce led products
  • Outcomes focused and confident taking ownership of delivery
  • Data led with a test, learn and optimise mindset
  • Collaborative and able to influence cross functional teams
  • Works well in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Low ego and thrives in a scaling business
