Already writing $200m+ in revenue and scaling quickly, this is a genuine ground-floor opportunity. You'll be the first dedicated security hire into the business, with a clear path to build a team around you and grow into a director or CISO role as the company scales.
The work is hands-on and the environment moves fast. You'll own the security posture across a cloud-native, Azure-first stack, covering incident response, vulnerability management and day-to-day monitoring and defence.
The tools are already in place. CrowdStrike, Sumo Logic, Tenable, Wiz. Your job is to own them, evolve them, and continuously raise the bar.
What they're looking for:
- 5+ years of hands-on security experience, ideally within a fast-moving or scaling environment
- Strong across security operations, vulnerability management and incident response
- Cloud-first mindset with solid Azure exposure. This is not an on-prem role
- Hands-on with modern security tooling. CrowdStrike, SIEM, EDR, cloud security platforms
- Scripting ability in Python and/or SQL. A genuine differentiator if you have it
- Comfortable working autonomously and owning things end to end
- Financial services or regulated industry experience is a plus, not a requirement
