Curated is partnered with a fast-growing B2B SaaS business to find a Product Manager to own one of their products outright.
The product is an established B2B SaaS app used by thousands of eCommerce businesses every day. It's profitable, well rated, and has plenty of room to grow. Your job is to find that growth.
Internally, PMs here act as mini CEOs. You own the app, the roadmap and the revenue. Your goal is simple: grow it. How you do that is up to you. Product, pricing, positioning, acquisition, retention. Pull the levers, see what works, keep going.
The pace is fast. AI is embedded in how the whole team works, and a feature can go from idea to live in a day. This is closer to a product builder role than a traditional Product Manager.
You don't need to be technical, but you'll be expected to lean into AI tools, whether that's spinning up a prototype to test an idea, digging into data or getting to an answer faster. You'll have a dedicated engineering team, plus support and marketing behind you, to take it the rest of the way.
You'll have real autonomy, backed by the VP product and a small team of experienced PMs who each run their own apps. Ideas get shared, problems get solved together, and there are no layers or politics slowing things down. Do well and the rewards, financial and career, come quickly.
What they're looking for:
- 3 to 5 years in product, with experience owning a product or feature area end to end
- A track record of moving metrics that matter, ideally revenue, and a clear story of how you did it
- Experience on something real users touch. You understand UX and why people behave the way they do
- Strong commercial instincts. You know how product, pricing, positioning and marketing combine to grow a business
- Confident working directly with engineers and getting into technical detail
- Already using AI tools day to day and keen to push it further. Equally, you know when AI is the wrong answer
- Comfortable setting your own direction and making calls with incomplete information
- Strong written communication and a bias towards action
Ecommerce or SaaS marketplace experience is a bonus, not a requirement. Backgrounds in data, consulting or engineering before moving into product are all welcome.
Why it's worth a look:
- Genuine end to end ownership of a profitable product from day one
- Ship at a pace most PMs never get to experience
- Work alongside a GM and peer PMs who'll challenge and back you
- A clear path to larger products and product leadership
- Bonus, private health, pension and a Β£100 a month wellness allowance
- Team lunch every Wednesday in the office, plus regular days out
