Backed by serious expertise and cutting-edge technology, they are building products that genuinely change how the industry operates. This is a rare chance to join a high-growth team at the forefront of insurance innovation — and leave your mark on an industry ready for disruption.
The Role
They are looking for a Lead Product Manager who thrives with autonomy, thinks in outcomes, and brings infectious curiosity to every problem they touch. You will own meaningful product territory, lead discovery, and ship solutions that make a real difference to the people using them — reporting directly to C-Suite. This isn’t a role for someone who wants to be told what to build. It’s for someone who already knows how to find out.
What You’ll Do
- Own and drive a product roadmap, making bold, well-reasoned prioritisation calls
- Lead deep discovery to uncover the real problems worth solving
- Work closely with engineering to shape, sequence, and ship iteratively
- Set clear success metrics and hold yourself accountable to them
- Champion adoption — because great products need great roll-outs
What We’re Looking For
- An experienced Product Manager with a strong track record of owning and delivering product end-to-end
- Background in insurance or reinsurance — you understand the domain and the people in it
- Naturally curious, autonomous, and energised by ambiguity rather than slowed by it
- A confident communicator who builds trust with senior stakeholders quickly
- Data-literate, outcome-focused, and allergic to building for the sake of building
- Familiarity with Agile, OKRs, or modern product practices is expected at this level
Why This Role
High ownership. Smart colleagues. A company moving fast in a space that’s long overdue for change. If you’re a product leader ready to do the best work of your career, we want to hear from you.
