They’re already a market leader with revenues exceeding $1bn, and they’re now scaling dedicated teams to deliver next generation automation, intelligent tooling and enhanced customer experiences.

They’re hiring an Engineering Manager with a strong .Net and Azure background to help lead this next chapter of growth. You’ll play a key role in shaping new teams, influencing technical direction and enabling engineers to build high impact, customer focused products. A hands on mindset when needed is important.

This role isn’t about being an AI specialist. It’s about leading talented engineers to build modern, scalable solutions that make intelligent use of automation and emerging technology. You’ll partner closely with Product, Architecture and engineering leadership to evolve the platform, strengthen delivery practices and ensure teams can move quickly while maintaining high standards.

What you’ll lead:
  • Grow, coach and develop high performing engineering teams
  • Shape technical direction across .Net, Azure and cloud native architectures
  • Promote engineering best practice including CI/CD, automation, testing and observability
  • Collaborate with Product and Data teams to prioritise work and deliver measurable customer outcomes
  • Support teams building automation, enhanced workflows and intelligent product features
  • Mentor engineers and foster a strong learning and development culture
  • Contribute to long term architectural direction and platform modernisation
About you:
  • Hands on technical background across Microsoft technologies including .Net and Azure
  • Proven track record leading and scaling engineering teams
  • Experienced in high scale or complex enterprise environments
  • Strong communicator able to align Product, Data, Architecture and Engineering
  • Passionate about building effective teams and driving engineering excellence
  • Motivated by modernisation, innovation and shaping newly formed squads
