Senior UX Designer

6 month Contract – Immediate Start.

London – Hybrid.

£500pd – Outside IR35

Curated are excited to be exclusively partnered with a high growth eCommerce comparison scale up. The business is undergoing a major period of transformation as they expand their product suite, scale internationally and elevate the customer experience across a broad portfolio of brands.

They’re hiring a Senior UX Designer on a contract basis to become one of the founding UX specialists in the team. You’ll work closely with established Product Managers, UI designers, Engineers and Creative to shape user journeys and define experiences used by millions of consumers.

This role is ideal for someone who has designed for high traffic environments and understands how to turn insight into elegant, conversion led journeys.

What you’ll do

→ Lead user research using surveys, interviews and data to uncover customer needs

→ Create UX briefs, personas and clear journey documentation with Product

→ Map information architecture and design user flows that simplify complex decisions

→ Produce wireframes and prototypes, validate with internal and external feedback and iterate quickly

→ Collaborate with UI and Creative teams to ensure a cohesive and emotive user experience

→ Build consistent UX patterns and reusable frameworks across multiple brands

About you

→ 4 years + in UX Design

→ Experienced in high traffic or eCommerce environments

→ Strong in UX research and turning insight into actionable design

→ Collaborative, organised and comfortable working with Product and Engineering

→ Able to move quickly without compromising clarity or quality

→ Clear communicator with excellent English skills

→ Low ego and thrives in a fast paced, scaling environment
