We are seeking an established, professional housekeeping team to take on exclusive responsibility for the changeovers and ongoing presentation of a newly launched 8-bedroom luxury holiday home on the Isle of Wight. This is a high-end property welcoming discerning guests. The role requires both exceptional attention to detail and the ability to deliver consistently to fixed changeover deadlines.
The Role
You will be responsible for full end-of-stay changeovers, ensuring the property is presented to a consistently high standard. Responsibilities include:
- Full changeover cleans across all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining spaces
- Hotel-standard bed making and linen changes
- Detailed cleaning of high-touch areas, appliances, glass and surfaces
- Restocking guest essentials where required
- Prompt reporting of maintenance issues or damages
- Occasional mid-stay or pre-arrival refreshes by arrangement
Who Weβre Looking For
- An established housekeeping team (not an individual cleaner)
- Proven experience with large homes or luxury holiday accommodation
- Ability to work efficiently to agreed turnaround times
- High standards of presentation, organisation and reliability
- Clear communication and a professional approach
- Public liability insurance required
- Own transport preferred
