About the Role
We are seeking a detail-driven Post Production Co-Ordinator to join our post production and logistics team. In this fast-paced and hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating everything that happens after a product has completed production and before it reaches the client.
You will ensure finished products are received, checked, documented, stored and dispatched correctly to spec, and in full compliance while keeping internal teams and clients informed throughout the process.
This is a highly organised, detail-focused role requiring someone who enjoys managing multiple moving parts and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
You will work closely with our internal teams and key stakeholders including suppliers, warehouses, couriers and clients to ensure every project is completed to the required standard.
The role is particularly important in creating a smooth transition from production → delivery → project completion.
This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in FMCG production (particularly beauty, wellness, or lifestyle goods), who thrives in a start-up environment, remains calm under pressure, and is confident juggling multiple tasks across time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Production Management:
- Support the team in overseeing manufacturing projects from production start to final delivery, liaising daily with production teams in Asia to track timelines and resolve issues.
Quality & Compliance:
- Ensure all products meet the required compliance regulations and client specifications. Work with third-party quality control teams to arrange inspections and uphold manufacturing standards.
Logistics & Freight Coordination:
- Manage inbound shipments, confirm customs and import procedures, and liaise with freight partners to book and track deliveries.
CRM & Project Tools:
- Maintain accurate, real-time records across our internal CRM and project management platforms. Use Excel, Google Sheets, and Snagit to track and present data.
Supplier Communication:
- Conduct stock and lead time checks with international suppliers; confirm order terms and resolve any supply chain issues.
Shipping Checks & Inbound Management:
- Perform final shipment reviews and coordinate smooth inbound processing and delivery bookings.
Experience required:
- A proactive, adaptable problem-solver who thrives in a start-up or small team environment
- Previous experience in manufacturing coordination, supply chain, or production support (preferably within beauty, lifestyle, or FMCG)
- Comfortable managing communications with overseas suppliers, including in China
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong numeracy skills and advanced proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas) and Google Sheets
- Able to manage multiple spreadsheets, tasks, and systems simultaneously
- Passionate about beauty, lifestyle, and fashion trends is a bonus
- A natural team player who is hands-on and takes pride in their work
