We partner with brands and retailers to create bespoke product collections, handling everything from sourcing to production. We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to drive new business, secure high-value partnerships, and build a high-performing sales team.
This is a high-impact role for a proven sales leader with strong industry connections in beauty, lifestyle, and wellness. You will be responsible for winning new business, expanding our network of retailers and brands, and eventually hiring and leading a team of sales professionals. This role is perfect for someone who is well-connected in beauty, fashion, wellness, or packaging sales, understands the industry landscape, and is motivated to drive growth in a rapidly expanding company.
- Managing and growing a team of Account/Sales Managers.
- Develop new business opportunities with brands, beauty companies, and retailers.
- Build relationships with key buyers, category managers, and procurement teams.
- Pitch and sell curated product collections to increase order value and repeat business.
- Own the sales process - from lead generation to closing deals and account expansion.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B sales & business development experience in beauty, lifestyle, fashion, packaging, or custom merchandise.

- Proven track record of closing £50K-£500K+ B2B deals and managing high-value sales pipelines.
