About Us: Curated Sourcing create on-trend bespoke merchandise on behalf of brands and retailers in the beauty, lifestyle and fashion space. Our customers include Net-A-Porter, SpaceNK, Cult Beauty, Beauty Bay, FeelUnique, Charlotte Tilbury, Jo Loves and Kate Somerville.
About You: You must have strong experience managing complex product manufacturing businesses from concept to delivery. You are highly experienced in product manufacturing and have experience dealing with export/import logistics and freight companies and import/export procedures.

Whether it is managing multiple spreadsheets, booking appointments or communicating with our global team, we are seeking someone who is happy to wear many hats whilst remaining calm and happy under pressure. You will feel comfortable working in a small office environment, initiating new processes and using your initiative to drive these processes forward.
As we work with some of the world’s leading beauty brands, a natural interest in beauty and fashion merchandising is strongly desirable. You will also have a great eye for the latest luxury beauty and lifestyle trends.

- This is a highly numerate role and the right candidate must be quick with numbers, advanced in MS Excel (the term 'v-lookup' shouldn’t make you weak at the knees!) and generally able to retain and recall meticulous pieces of information.
- You should also be happy and comfortable speaking with members of our production teams in China.
Role Brief: Your primary role is supporting our pre-production management team to fully manage all manufacturing stages of each project from production start to delivery.
- Liaising with production teams in the far east to ensure each project is on track for timely delivery.
- Ensuring each production project is being manufactured according to the exact specifications defined by our customer and pre-production management team.
- Supporting the pre-production team to advise compliance requirements per project at the pre-production stage.
- Ensuring all products are being manufactured to the correct compliance regulations and highest quality assurance checks.
- Working with our third-party goods inspectors to verify production is adhering to the above requirements.
- Obtaining pricing from our production teams, logistics teams and calculating onward pricing to customer. Advanced Excel skills and speed are mandatory for this role.
- Main software used will be our internal CRM/Project Management Tool, Excel (advanced use), Google Sheets (advanced use), Snagit, PowerPoint.
- Managing our CRM/PM tools to keep project information up to date in real time.
- Conducting pre-checks with suppliers to confirm stock availabilities, payment terms and lead times.
- Accountable for import clearance and delivery bookings.
- Performing final shipment checks and inbound management.
