We are looking for an ambitious, highly organised, and creative Events Manager to join our in-house team and lead the planning, coordination, and execution of events across Curated Sourcing, Sips, and GLOAT. This is a dynamic, multi-brand role that will sit at the heart of our growth strategy, responsible for delivering impactful trade shows, brand activations, pop-ups, collaborative events, and experiential marketing campaigns in the UK and internationally that elevate brand presence, generate commercial opportunities, and create memorable customer experiences.

About our Brands

Curated Sourcing is a product development and sourcing partner for ambitious beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands. Events for Curated Sourcing focus heavily on industry trade shows, exhibitions, and B2B networking opportunities, helping us build relationships, showcase innovation, and position ourselves as leaders within the beauty and lifestyle sector.

Sips is a fast-growing wellness-led consumer brand focused on creating products and experiences that bring people together through health, lifestyle, and community. For Sips, events are about brand building, customer engagement, and creating memorable real-world touchpoints - from pop-ups and sampling activations to collaborations, experiential events, and community-led wellness experiences in high-footfall and culturally relevant locations.

GLOAT is a modern premium brand built around innovation, strong storytelling, and standout customer experience. Events for GLOAT will focus on premium activations, immersive brand experiences, strategic collaborations, and launches that generate excitement, social conversation, and strong brand affinity.

From managing exhibition stands at major industry events across the UK and internationally, to launching immersive brand pop-ups in high-footfall locations such as Covent Garden, this role will be central to how our brands show up in the world. You will be responsible for bringing each brand to life through thoughtful planning, flawless execution, and commercially minded creativity - creating experiences that not only look exceptional but deliver measurable impact. Whether that’s generating leads at a global trade show, building community through a wellness activation, or launching a premium experiential event that gets people talking, this role offers the opportunity to shape how our brands connect with people in meaningful ways.

For someone who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, loves building experiences from the ground up, and is excited by the idea of working across multiple growing brands, this is an opportunity to make a real mark.
