We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Studio Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced creative studio based in London. This is a varied role sitting at the centre of the studio, supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while working closely with leadership and the wider team.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the day-to-day administration and organisation of the studio
- Coordinating shipments, courier logistics and sample tracking
- Managing invoicing, purchase orders and financial documentation
- Supporting development and production teams with administrative processes
- Assisting the Founder with diary coordination, travel arrangements and general administrative support
- Assisting with internal meetings, travel arrangements and studio logistics
- Maintaining studio supplies, organisation and operational efficiency
- Providing administrative support to leadership and the wider team
- Supporting occasional travel related to client fittings or studio activities
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly strong Excel capability
- Is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Is operationally savvy and confident managing studio processes and administration
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic studio environment
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Is confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Has experience dealing with UHNWIs
Salary: up to £45,000 depending on experience
